Current Responsibilities

As Acquisitions and Development Manager of CalEast Global Logistics, Mr. Blouin as accountability for the sourcing, underwriting, internal approvals, execution and performance of specific investment opportunities within either development or joint venture programs or acquisitions in Continental Europe and the United Kingdom. Mr. Blouin reports directly to the CEO of CalEast.

Experience

Prior to join the CalEast team, Mr. Blouin was First Vice-President of Project Management in Southern Europe for Prologis, where he was responsible for construction management of 240,000 sqm of warehouse space under construction in France, Spain and Italy and more than 1,000,000 sqm of mixed use development in France, Italy, Spain and Belgium.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Blouin holds an equivalent Master’s from the University of Valenciennes, France in Project Management.
