Current Responsibilities

As Portfolio Manager North America, Ventures and Development of CalEast Global Logistics, LLC, Dann Thomasson has overall accountability for the performance of each joint venture and development project where CalEast is a member.

Experience

Before joining the Portfolio Management Group, Mr. Thomasson was the Regional Manager for New Jersey and Up-state New York. Prior to working at LaSalle, Mr. Thomasson's responsibilities included the management and leasing of office and industrial space in downtown and suburban Chicago. Also, Mr. Thomasson has worked for Walsh, Higgins & Company and Draper & Kramer, Incorporated in Chicago and in the foreign exchange industry at both the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Harris Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Thomasson holds a B.S. in finance from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Thomasson is a member of NAIOP, NAREIM and WERC.
