Current Responsibilities

As North American Portfolio Manager of CalEast Global Logistics, LLC, Mr. Harris has overall accountability for the performance of each joint venture and development project where CalEast is a member.

Experience

Prior to transitioning to his current role, Mr. Harris was responsible for the medical office, and industrial asset management of four pension fund portfolios, with assets located in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, New Jersey and Baltimore. Mr. Harris’ portfolio responsibility consisted of over 3.4 million square feet. Prior to that Mr. Harris spent five years working on the CalEast Industrial Investors, LLC and was responsible for asset management on a $275 million portfolio of industrial property. Previous experience included involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, and accounting.

Positions

Mr. Harris was employed by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. from 1998 to 2000. Positions held at Lend Lease were Mortgage Asset Manager (1999-2000), and Accountant (1998-1999). From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Harris was a Senior Accountant for Regency Realty (successor to Branch Properties).
